At Lucky A2Z Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch — but if anything is not right, this policy explains exactly how we will resolve it for you.
Return Window & Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your product must meet all of the following conditions:
Unopened PackagingThe product packaging must remain unopened and fully intact
Unused & UnfittedThe product must be unused, unfitted and untested — in exactly the state it was delivered
Original ConditionThe item must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally delivered
Complete AccessoriesAll original accessories, documentation and packaging (if applicable) must be included with the return
Defective ItemsManufacturing defects or damage during delivery are eligible for return or replacement at no extra cost
Wrong Item ReceivedIf we sent the wrong product, we will arrange collection and replacement immediately
Bike Spare Parts Policy
The following specific conditions apply to all Bike Spare Parts purchased from Lucky A2Z Store. Please read carefully before initiating a return.
Unopened PackagingThe product packaging must remain completely unopened and intact at the time of return
Unused & UnfittedThe part must not have been installed, tested or used in any way — it must be in its original uninstalled state
Same Delivered ConditionThe item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was originally received and delivered
All Accessories IncludedAll original accessories, documentation and packaging must be included with the return — no missing components
Valid Code / SerialParts with a scratched, damaged, tampered or previously used/redeemed code are strictly not eligible for return
7-Day WindowReturn requests for bike spare parts must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery date
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be accepted back.
Opened Beauty Products
Makeup, skincare and cosmetics once opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Custom Handmade Orders
Personalised, engraved or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gift Sets (Opened)
Gift sets that have been opened, used or repackaged are not eligible for return.
Beyond 7 Days
Any return request submitted after the 7-day return window has expired cannot be processed.
Tags Removed
Items with removed price tags, product labels or original packaging are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Our return process is simple and stress-free. Follow these steps to get started:
Email info@luckya2z.store with your order number and reason for return
Attach clear photos of the item showing the issue or defect
Our team reviews your request within 2 working days and confirms eligibility
Once approved, send the item to our address using a trackable courier service
Types of Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
| Cash on Delivery (COD) | Refund issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 working days |
| Card / Online Payment | Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days |
| Store Credit | Available as an alternative — credited instantly to your Lucky A2Z account |
| Exchange | Replacement item dispatched within 3–5 working days after return is received |
| Partial Refund | May apply if item is returned in a condition other than its original state |

Returnable if unused, uninstalled & in original packaging within 7 days
Clothing
Unworn, unwashed with original tags attached — size exchanges available
Jewellery
Standard items returnable; engraved/custom pieces non-returnable
Handmade
Custom orders non-returnable; defective items replaced at no cost
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will resolve this as a top priority. You are fully entitled to a free return, replacement or complete refund.
Report Within 48 HoursDamage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence
Full Refund or ReplacementYou choose — either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement
Free CollectionWe will arrange collection of the damaged item at our cost — no shipping charges for you
Priority ResolutionDamage claims are resolved within 3 working days as our highest priority
Return Shipping & Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for return.
We Pay — Our Error
Wrong item, defective product or damage during delivery. We arrange & pay for collection.
Customer Pays — Change of Mind
Size exchange or change of preference. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Use Trackable Service
Always use a trackable courier. Lucky A2Z Store is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process applies.
Exchanges & Replacements
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour or variant where available. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns and must be submitted within the 7-day window.
